Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Follicle Control. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Not medical advice

Follicle Control organizes information you enter. It does not diagnose, prescribe, monitor emergencies or replace a healthcare professional.

1. Appropriate use

You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries and for following instructions from qualified healthcare professionals. Never start, stop, double or modify medication solely because of information, reminders, summaries or evidence links displayed by the app.

2. Subscriptions

Optional premium access may be offered through auto-renewable App Store subscriptions. The exact product, introductory offer, price and billing period shown on the Apple purchase sheet at confirmation control your purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in Apple Account subscription settings. Any eligible free trial or introductory offer converts to the displayed paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

3. Availability and reminders

We work to keep the app reliable, but no software, device notification or synchronization service can be guaranteed uninterrupted, timely or error-free. Notifications are convenience reminders, not medical alarms. Keep independent records and safeguards for information critical to your care.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of photos, notes and records you create. You are responsible for having the right to store and share any content you add. Exporting or sharing content is your decision and responsibility.

5. Evidence library and external links

Research summaries and external links are supplied for general educational context only. They are not a recommendation, diagnosis or treatment instruction. External resources are controlled by their respective owners and may change.

6. Safety

For severe, sudden or worsening symptoms, contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional. App alerts and course indicators must not be treated as definitive clinical assessments.

7. Changes and termination

Features may change as the app improves. You may stop using the app at any time and use the in-app deletion controls for tracked data. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law or address misuse.

8. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and without warranties that it will meet every purpose or prevent missed treatment. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Apple terms

Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies where required. Apple is not responsible for medical decisions made using the app.

10. Contact

Contact yomanx@gmail.com or visit the support page. Do not send medical records or progress photographs by email.
